Touring & Walk-ins

Our community is open during business hours and we welcome walk-ins. Calling ahead is appreciated — it helps us reserve time to show you around.

Applying

Applications can be submitted online through the resident portal, or in person at the leasing office.
Completed application, valid photo ID, proof of income at 2.5× the rent, and a background and credit check.
Minimum income at 2.5× monthly rent. No maximum income restrictions.

Fees & Deposits

Yes — $54 per applicant, non-refundable. Covers screening cost.

Deposit amount depends on the unit and approval result. We’ll share the exact figure during the application process.
A non-refundable administrative fee of $250, covering lease processing and move-in preparation.

Lease & Rent

Flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months. Current availability via the leasing office.

The 1st of each month. Grace period and late-fee policy detailed in your lease.
Online through the resident portal (ACH or card) or by check at the leasing office.
Some utilities may be included or billed back depending on the unit. Reviewed during application.
20-day written notice and a lease-break fee equal to 2× the monthly rent. Full terms in your lease.

Parking

  • Assigned garage parking — $125/month
  • Assigned part-time garage parking — $50/month
  • Street parking — free, first-come first-served

Pet Policy

Yes — pets are welcome upon approval, including large dogs.
